X-ray room

This room was once an X-ray room, so the walls are concrete- quite the opposite of the 90s “just-glue-it-together” construction. You aren’t going to hear conversation from nearby rooms through these solid walls, but I often hear birds through the skylight! The natural lighting continues in this room, which also has wiring for a UV Sauna along the back wall. There is storage behind the wall on the right. The room is 12.5 feet by 8 feet, 12.5 X 12 including storage space.
