Functional Medicine Membership

A focused, structured approach to getting you on the right path

This phase is designed to:

This is a focused phase where we take the time to educate and build a clear foundation so your care becomes simpler and more effective moving forward.

Fee For Service Option

For one-time or occasional needs:

  • One-time visit: $250 (based on availability)

  • Osteopathic Manipulation (OMT):

    • $200 initial 45 minute appointment/ $150 for 30 minute follow-up

  • Laser Therapy: $50 per 30 minutes (based on prescribed treatment time)

  • IV Therapy: priced per treatment

Direct Primary Care (DPC)

  • $150 enrollment fee, followed by

  • $109/month (adult)

  • $65/month (child)

  • Family pricing: $99 adult / $50 child; $150 enrollment fee applies to all family members who sign up at the same time.

  • Office visits for routine and acute care within 24 hours of contact

  • Preventive care and chronic disease management

  • Direct messaging access

  • Labs and meds at cost

  • Steep discounts on Osteopathic Manipulation; supplements (botanicals and nutraceuticals); photobiomodulation therapy (red and infrared)

  • Continued access to Educational Programs from Functional Tier or steep discounts on purchasing classes
